EdMo's ICE Program

Many of you are familiar with our school-year program, but for those of you who didn't know, we do Exploratorium-designed science experiments in classrooms all year long! This is Lindsay, one of our awesome science presenters getting ready to make ice cream with a 1st grade class. There's a lot of preparation involved in getting ready to make ice cream, but it's worth it in the end. Not only do you learn about the three states of matter, liquids, solids and gases, but in the end you get to eat a yummy treat! Lindsay's favorite part is hearing from the students she visited. Here she is reading Thank You letters from the second graders at Glorietta School. They loved making and launching Stomp Rockets! Thanks for letting us know, kids!

If you want to do Edventure More science in your classrooms let us know! We are already reserving spaces for the 2007-2008 school year.
